Available, each with their
own unique benefits

If you’re considering getting dentures, you may have a lot of questions about how they will affect your lifestyle. Dentures can be an excellent solution to replace missing teeth and restore a patient’s smile and chewing function.

There are several different types of dentures available, each with its own unique benefits. At KDC we can provide the following types of dentures based on your specific needs and requirements after a detailed consultation:

Full dentures: These are used to replace all of the natural teeth in the upper or lower jaw.
Partial dentures: These are used to replace one or more missing teeth. Immediate dentures: These are full or partial dentures that are made in advance and can be placed immediately after teeth are removed.
Metal dentures: These are dentures that use a metal framework to provide extra support and stability.
Flexi dentures: These are dentures that use a flexible material, such as nylon, for the base instead of acrylic.
Implant-supported dentures: These are dentures that are anchored in place by dental implants. They provide extra stability and can be used to replace either a full arch or just a few missing teeth.
Overdentures: These are dentures that are designed to fit over remaining natural teeth or dental implants.

It's important to note that each type of denture has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the type of denture that is right for a patient will depend on their individual needs and preferences. At KDC one of our experienced dentists will be able to help you determine which type of denture is best for you.
